Boys and Girls Clubs Of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme

MISSION: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

We understand that all young people need to spread their wings to experience new and exciting things - to explore and grow, they need a safe launching place in their community.  The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme provide the platform with a continuum of services that allow kids to take flight.

Our 3 full service clubhouses, one public housing site, 13 school sites and our Juvenile Justice Center site form the cornerstone of our agency. The Clubs are safe, vibrant places in the community where all kids can learn, have fun and develop a sense of belonging and personal achievement.

We are committed to offering young people safe environments that provide the support and encouragement necessary to help them realize their potential.  Our Clubs are open to any young person 6-18 years of age.

All five of our program areas, Character & Leadership Development; Education & Career Development; Health & Life Skills; the Arts; and Sports, Fitness, & Recreation are conducted in large and small groups and individual settings.  There is an activity for every boy and girl, and every activity stresses positive self-image, values and skills.
